Industry leaders from American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), KOHLER Co., and Buckeye Power Sales will lead the discussion.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Hours

Buckeye Power Sales is an approved provider of continuing education by the Indiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers. Certificates will be provided at the end of the seminar for proof of attendance. 



Morning Session: Healthcare Facility (Physical Environment) Survey Readiness 

Facility engineers will learn the methodology used by survey teams and what they are looking for so that you can prepare for your next life safety or emergency management survey.

Afternoon Session: Healthcare Facility Design and Code Updates 

Design and Facility engineers will learn the latest updates to NFPA 99, 110, 70 AND 101, as they relate to the healthcare environment, and standby power best practices.

Dave has been in the healthcare industry and code development for over 18 years.

Mr. Ryan Little is currently Sales Manager - Engineered Solutions (Central Region) for Kohler Power Systems. He is responsible for working with the consulting engineering community on large and complex projects being designed in the central region for construction anywhere in North America. Prior to his current role, he was a sales manager for the local CAT dealer in Chicago, Illinois. During his tenure there, he was also a sales engineer, inside sales engineer and project engineer. He earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Tech University.
