Dan had been helping at the Middletown location during the prior managers maternity and COVID-19 leaves and quickly gained the trust & respect of the team. He spent time revisiting core processes including the Clements process and identified some gaps. His willingness to work above & beyond his normal scope of duties is both admirable and commendable.
Although Dan exhibits the core values of BPS daily, his ability to work in two locations at once without so much as a grumble really speaks to his character and professionalism.
