BPS has had a long relationship with Time Warner Cable, partially through REI Telecom (who was the former owner of the now BPS Canal PCE facility). Mike Rader was going to pick up hand sanitizer at Watershed Distillery on Chambers Road in Columbus and found himself staring at some old, but functioning, Kohler Generators including two 1-Meg and a 200 Kw (coincidentally these had been serviced that day by Power Systems Tech Shannon Ratliff).
